Women’s Health Specialists of Northern California (WHS) is a feminist women’s health center providing reproductive health services to over 35,000 women and men since 1975. Our non-profit agency operates 4 licensed community clinics and three satellite clinics, serving a 40 county region of Northern California. Other WHS programs include; Adoption Services of Northern California, Physician Abortion Training Program, Young Women’s Health Leadership Program, Community Outreach and Education Program. We are an outstanding team of dedicated individuals that work not only to better women’s and men’s lives through prevention and health education but to advance reproductive justice for all people.

WHS Seeks Clinic Manager in Chico, California We are looking for someone who is passionate about reproductive justice, not just looking for a good job. Our services include abortion care. WHS seeks a strong, pro-choice individual to provide management for the Chico clinic programs and leadership to the 25 member staff.
The Clinic Manager is responsible for the overall development, management, recruitment, training and supervision of clinic staff and services.
Skills, Talents, Abilities Required: 1. Active in community affairs and reproductive justice activities. 2. Ability to lead, plan and manage change. 3. Creative, root-cause problem solving. 4. Manage multiple activities. 5. Establish rapport with business and community organizations. 6. Organize and evaluate data. 7. Develop and implement systems and programs. 8. Willing to learn and do public speaking. 9. Inspiring supervisory skills. 10. Ability to work under adversity.
