Young People's Advocate

Following the launch of the Home Office grant to improve services to children and young people affected by sexual violence and exploitation, Women and Girls Network (WGN) was successful in securing funding for a Young People's Advocate (YPA) in Ealing.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic individual who will be highly experienced in providing direct and dedicated support to young people who have been victims or are at risk of sexual violence and/or sexual exploitation (including gang-related sexual violence) through one to one casework support, advocacy and group work.
If you're passionate about working with young people and are able to work within an empowering and gender-specific/feminist framework, and want to bring innovation and creativity to this service, then we would really like to hear from you.

This is a fixed-term contract until 31st March 2016. Any extension of the contract will be dependent on WGN securing additional funding.
